1. These materials are and remain the property of eflworksheets.com, a part of Liondale Language Services. On payment of the subscription fee and receipt of a password, individual and institutional subscribers have permission to download, print and copy the materials for use only by the subscriber or subscriber's institution, for one calendar year from the date of issue of the password. After one calendar year, subscribers will be notified of the renewal of their subscription. Once downloaded, materials may be freely copied and used by the subscriber for personal use, or for use within an institution. An institution constitutes one site only. Schools and institutions with more than one site must subscribe at each site. Only one computer per subscriber can be used to access the materials. Permission is not granted to store the materials in any form other than printed hard copy for use by the the subscriber. It is not permitted to distribute these materials in any form to any person or institution which is not a paid subscriber. It is not permitted to alter or adapt these materials in any form, whether electronically or in printed hard copy, to be used by the subscriber or redistributed to others.

2. Each subscriber (individual or institution) will be issued a password. This password must not be passed on to any other party. If any password is found to have been passed on, it will be immediately cancelled. Password use will be closely monitored, and excessive use may be deemed to be the result of unapproved access by non-subscribers, and may result in the password being cancelled and the subscriber losing access to current and future materials. Additional passwords for future materials may be issued to existing subscribers, either free or under a further subscription. Any subscribers deemed to have abused this service will not have access to these passwords or any other services provided by Liondale Language Services.

3. All payments must be made online by through PayPal or by post (to the address on the "Contact us" page) with the subscriber's name and email address, accompanied by a cheque or money order for £20 Sterling or its equivalent. Subscribers have the option of opening a PayPal account or of making a one-off payment through PayPal. Please read the options on the PayPal payments page. All details of credit cards and personal information regarding credit cards is held securely by PayPal and only the name and email address of subscribers is passed to eflworksheets.com. Eflworksheets.com will not pass on any details of its subscribers to any third party. Eflworksheets.com is verified by PayPal.

4. While we take every effort to ensure that nothing can be downloaded from this site apart from the materials, Liondale Language Services does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage arising from use of its services by subscribers. It is the responsibility of subscribers to make sure that downloading any materials from any site the World Wide Web does not result in damage or loss.

5. Liondale Language Services may from time to time supply subscribers with promotional information about new materials and services. This will normally be by email.

6. Liondale Language Services reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this service and to make any changes that are deemed necessary to the content and administration of the website.
